Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide FREE shipping to over 180 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you upon receipt of your order.
How long does shipping take?
January 2024: Most orders are arriving within 10-20 Business days, depending on your location.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email soon after your order ships that contains your tracking information.
- For some destinations shipped via free shipping, tracking may not always be available until the final leg of the journey.
- For some shipping companies, it may take approx. 3-7 business days for initial tracking information to synchronize through the system
- For international shipments there may be several days between tracking updates - it can take a number of days for a parcel to move through postal distribution centers while in transit to its destination.
